Sara is a part time student on the MSc in Applied Positive Psychology at  the University of East London.  She graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Psychology  from Brunel University, since when she has worked in various countries around  the world as a writer and teacher.  She is especially passionate about strengths, flow and intrinsic motivation.
