NEW IN THE WORLD OF POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY!!!!

After a year of hosting popular Positive Psychology Masterclasses we are launching an online version for people in the UK, Europe and elsewhere.

Positive Psychology Online is six modules over six 60-minute sessions delivered live through telephone and web conferencing. This will be useful for those who are thinking about doing the Masters in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) or those who don’t have the time to do the MAPP but would like to cover the core elements of positive psychology. Also suitable for those who would like to master positive psychology techniques for their professional and personal use.

Like any intervention programme, we are running a pilot to see what works best in facilitating an online Masterclass. We can take up to 10 participants for the first run of Positive Psychology Online beginning on Tuesday October 12th.

Positive Psychology Online is facilitated by Miriam Akhtar & Bridget Grenville Cleave, two of Europe’s leading positive psychology trainers. They are associate lecturers at the University of East London, the University of Bath, London Metropolitan University and the University of the West of England. Both are authors (Bridget – The Happiness Equation, Miriam – the forthcoming Positive Psychology for Depression) and combine positive psychology research with applying positive psychology through training, coaching and creating intervention programmes.
