Miriam Akhtar MAPP and Bridget Grenville-Cleave MAPP are two of Europe’s leading positive psychology trainers and two of the handful of qualified positive psychologists in the UK. Both are founder members of the Centre for Applied Positive Psychology and the International Positive Psychology Association. Bridget is the co-author of The Happiness Equation and Miriam is the author of the forthcoming Positive Psychology for Depression. She also co-presents the Happiness Training Plan CD.
